Disco Dancing Lessons

Our disco classes are focused on fun, freedom and fabulous moves.  Our Disco classes encourage our student s to experiment with musical interpretation and self expression. Disco dancing is also great way to get fit, increasing your aerobic potential along with toning up your whole body. Disco is open to students of all ages and with no need for a partner means you can practice at home before your next class!

We run a full programme of training courses where students can study for medals and assist in refining competition routines for solo, couple and group teams. Dance Crazy are keen for students to participate in competition dancing. Caron Parry, one of our Disco tutors, adjudicates on behalf of the ISTD for the Disco Freestyle Faculty, making her invaluable to our dancers who are wishing to train for these events.

Vanessa Gover is also a key member of our Disco teaching staff who at the age of 19 won the All England and European Disco Free-style Championship; experience in coaching Disco Formation Teams across the UK and has lectured for the ISTD. Our teachers suggest that student new to disco need not purchase any specialist equipment but should wear leggings or tracksuit bottoms with either trainers or jazz shoes.
