Modern & Contemporary Dance Lessons

Classes available from age 4 to adults, classes are 45 minutes long.

Designed for students interested in musical theatre and show dancing. Medal work within this discipline is focused on exercises which are taught to increase body fitness, strength and flexibility. This training prepares dancers to be able to work in all aspects of performance from working on cruise ships, training as backing dancers or appearing in a West End Style Show.

We like to challenge our students by providing the opportunity to work on routines that stretch them both as performers and dance technicians. Emma Castle, our resident modern dance instructor, has a show dance background herself appearing in numerous tours singing and dancing across Europe. Emma is happy to offer advice to dancers wishing to a career in show dancing or musical theatre.
