Pole Dancing Lessons

Think someone recently described this class as gymnastics up a pole, and some girls do it in high heels! We are thrilled that our pole dancing expert has designed us a fantastic series of workshops which introduce the complete novice to all that is Pole Dancing.

We are committed to the safety of our dance students and everyone is encouraged to progress at their very own pace, inverted poses are, for good reason, left to the more advanced pole dancing students. The emphasis is on fun and flexibility. The routines are sexy and challenging, even some of our regular dancers have started using muscles they didn’t even know they had!

Pole Dancing is just one of many new workshops run here at the Dance Crazy School. We are always interested in hearing from small groups who would like to take part in private dance workshops or individuals wanting to get involved with the more unusual dance styles.
